Challenge Description:

Summer vacation is synonymous with school being out, but that doesn’t mean learning has to stop too!  Join Muse on a literacy based summer adventure where children’s curiosity is piqued and learning is encouraged through STEAM based challenges.

By the end of this challenge participants will…  

• Have opportunities to utilizes their Science skills through hands on activities
• Have opportunities to utilize their Technology skills in interactive ways with Nearpod & Kahoot!
• Have opportunities to utilize their Engineering skills through hands on activities
• Have opportunities to utilize their Art skills through hands on activities
• Have opportunities to utilize their Mathematical skills through hands on activities
• Learn about various countries
• Listen to character building stories

  • Social Emotional: Summer is a time of relaxation and fun. Children and adults want and need a break from “traditional” schools.  This adventure allows learning to continue in fun non-instructional ways.
