Nadine has degrees in Advertising Design and Business studies as well as a leadership certification from the IBTA program.
Ms. Makarem has developed a unique system that allows her to seamlessly blend getting a job done, while paying attention to the emotional and social impacts that may impede success and designs solutions that support others to be able to have work success and stay in a strong emotional state at the same time. Nadine has been able to leverage this skill-set in a wide variety of roles that include Parent Relations Executive, Principal, Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, and teacher. All of these experiences have allowed Nadine to be a high adaptable, reflective, and empathetic listener and leader.
Nadine's interests include cooking, family, nature, helping others, and having fun.
Lauren currently works as a teacher in United Arab Emirates and has a Bachelors Degree in Foundation Phase and a Masters degree in Special Needs.
Lauren enjoys traveling, cooking, dancing, and loves animals.
Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lagos in Lagos Nigeria and holds a marketing certification.
When Sam isn’t working out, researching the latest industry trends, or designing engaging content across various social media platforms he is actively engaged in his church and community . Sam enjoys writing, singing, watching movies, going to the beach, and all things fitness!
NiKayo specializes in public speaking, data analysis, curriculum design & and project management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the prestigious Spelman College and Masters of Education from Georgia State University. In addition, she is a certified teacher who holds ESOL and K-5 Mathematics endorsements. She is also recognized as a visiting inspector with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
NiKayo has served in various education leadership roles including K-12 curriculum coordinator, assessment coordinator, and head of department. In addition to her professional accolades, her experiences include being a youth ministry leader, young adult mentor, and advocate for disadvantaged youths.
NiKayo enjoys reading, salsa dancing, playing video and board games, and trying new foods in her spare time.
