Mallikah has over 20 years in the Education field. She holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction and a B.Sc. Education in Early Childhood Education. She has taught English as a TEFL/TESOL specialist in the United States, United Arab Emirates, China and South Korea. She is also a Reading Specialist Grades K-12. Mallikah has published articles in education journals, given talks about Autism and has written curriculum for private schools and home schools.

Mrs. Sharp is a diversity, equity and inclusion advocate. She has memberships in Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority, Inc., National Association for Multicultural Education (NAME), Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society, and Delta Kappa Gamma International Society.
